Kelly Seegers '12 joins the Catholic Standard

Kelly Seegers ’12 is a new reporter with the the Archdiocese of Washington for the Catholic Standard. Kelly completed her undergraduate degree in English and Religious Studies at the University of Virginia, where she served as the Chair of Catholic Student Ministry and wrote for the Cavalier Daily.

As reporter for the Catholic Standard, Kelly will be responsible for researching, reporting, and writing news stories and features for the bi-weekly newspaper, which captures the faith life of the Archdiocese of Washington and the universal Catholic Church, contributing to its social media efforts through blogs, Facebook, and Twitter, and assisting with writing assignments or special projects for the Secretariat for Communications.
